The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is seeking feedback on how to update its rules regarding office categories. "As developments in technology have enhanced firms’ overall and ongoing supervision and monitoring of the activities occurring at offices, there has been an increased interest in reevaluating the prevailing office categories and their associated regulatory requirements," FINRA stated in a regulatory notice.

OXFORD — Former Ole Miss star offensive lineman Terrence Metcalf has been elected into the College Football Hall of Fame, the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame announced Wednesday. Metcalf will be the 10th Ole Miss player inducted into the Hall of Fame, which includes Bruiser Kinard, Charlie Conerly, Jake Gibbs, Archie Manning and Patrick Willis. Metcalf, who is from Clarksdale, played tackle for the Rebels from 1997-2001.

Head coach Lane Kiffin continues to do things not seen at Ole Miss in decades. The Rebels (10-3) just cemented their second-straight 10-win season, the third double-digit winning season for the program in four years and 10th in program history. Ole Miss won a combined 15 games the previous three seasons prior to Kiffin’s hiring in December 2019. The Rebels hadn’t won more than six games in a season since 2015 and had lost three of their last four to arch-rival Mississippi State.
