WEST CHESTER — Ann Marie Wheatcraft, the Chester County Common Pleas Court judge who — among other duties — supervises the county’s acclaimed treatment courts — had been selected by her colleagues on the bench to be the court’s new president judge, beginning in 2025. Wheatcraft will succeed the current president judge, John Hall, who shepherded the court through the COVID-19 pandemic and kept the courts here running as other counties shut most proceedings down in 2020.
