The Walden Galleria shopping mall is going through a foreclosure process after defaulting on a loan worth well over $200 million, according to court documents. The plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, on behalf of the mortgage company, filed the complaint in the state Supreme Court against Pyramid Management Group, the owner’s of the mall. Pyramid Management Group entered into the loan agreement with the mortgage company in 2012. The loan agreement was reached to improve and keep the mall running.

Town of Cheektowaga residents discussed their disapproval over short-term rental properties during a Town of Cheektowaga board meeting on Tuesday, June 10, after a chaotic party was held at one in their neighborhood.
