DUBLIN, CA - Dublin High School is hosting the 7th annual Tri-Valley Asian Heritage Celebration Saturday at 7 p.m in honor of Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The celebration, which will take place inside the Dublin High School Center for Performing Arts and Education, will feature traditional dances, instrumental ensembles, and choir performances representing different Asian cultures. SAN RAMON, CA — The Tri-Valley is celebrating its status as one of the major hubs of Indian-American culture in the United States with the Great Indian Food & Shopping Fest. The festival, sponsored by the Association of Indo-Americans, will offer Indian food and drink, a DJ, performances from local dance and music schools, more than 100 vendor shopping booths of clothing, jewelry, and crafts; gift giveaways, carnival amusement rides, raffles and gift giveaways, and even a mango fest.

The Danville Youth Council is organizing a Day of Wellness to honor and discuss health and wellness. The day will begin with a panel of local teens and the director of Teen Esteem to discuss mental wellness. From 4-5 p.m., guests will assemble wellness bags for youth at the Oakland Covenant House, and enjoy therapy dogs, snacks, and a booth from the Library Teen Advisory Board.
