The regeneration programme hit another major milestone last night (17 June 2025) when Cabinet agreed a contract to start external refurbishment. This significant investment will go into new communal flooring for the blocks, waterproofing to existing balconies, upgrades to essential pipework, repairs to concrete and redecoration externally. It follows a recent programme of fire safety upgrades which concluded earlier this year.
