Tommy Bahama, a high-end coastal clothing brand, will open a store at The Avenue Viera. Several other new stores have recently opened or are planned for The Avenue Viera, including American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie, Southern Tide, Kendra Scott, and Nordstrom Rack. A building permit application suggests a Trader Joe's grocery store may be coming to The Avenue Viera, but the company has not confirmed this. Brevard County is getting a Tommy Bahama store.
