The Xero Beautiful Business Fund is helping small businesses get the financial support they need to take their truly innovative ideas to the next level and fund their long-term missions. Launched in 2023, the fund has already helped a number of startups, nonprofits and SMBs achieve their growth goals. This year’s Australian category winners received $20,000 in funding, with an additional $50,000 given to the global winners in their categories.

Agtech startup Number 8 Bio is trialling its proprietary methane-reducing feed additive, BetterFeed, for livestock to help Gelato Messina produce low-emissions milk, and thereby low-emissions gelato.
