AUSTINTOWN, OHIO – Ohio State has traditionally had success with running backs from the state of Ohio. In the 2027 class, the Buckeyes have already shown a strong interest in Austintown Fitch (Ohio) running back Deon’Dray Richard. The 5-foot-10, 195-pound Richard hears from assistant running backs coach Tony Johnson often. “Coach Johnson,” Richard told Lettermen Row. “It’s been good. He’s been showing me the in and outs at Ohio State.”Johnson also pushes Richard to work hard on and off the field.
