    A new VR arena has opened in Palm Desert, California, US. Twist VR Arena offers games with motion-tracking technology with high-end VR headsets for guests. The games range from multiplayer shooting games such as Plus Rush and Dead Ahead to puzzle-based escape experiences such as Dragon Tower and Time Travel Paradox. Twist VR Arena also offers private group sessions and party packages.

    A new indoor entertainment centre is opening soon in Edison, New Jersey, which the owners claim will feature "the world's largest indoor mini-golf course." Albatross Entertainment will be 50,000sq.ft venue featuring two nine-hole mini-golf courses, 32 "luxury" bowling lanes,  and a gaming lounge. The location will also offer live entertainment and a restaurant offering tapas food and cocktails.

    March 3, 2025 by Mike Dawber Slick City Action Park is to open a park in Maple Grove, Minnesota, US next month, its first in the state. The 43,000sq.ft indoor park will have 14 giant dry slides and a range of other attractions. Slick City currently has dozens of parks around the US that are either already open or will be opening soon and aims to open 500 locations across the US. Sega Amusements International’s Alpha Ops VR Strike is available to pre-order.

Dueling Axes provides a lounge atmosphere where guests can eat, drink and throw axes with a variety of gameplay options. Each lane has its own digital scoring system Dueling Axes currently has two other Columbus-area locations, based in New Albany and in downtown Columbus.
