    Some changes are coming to an organization helping foster families. Borrowed Hearts provides clothing assistance to foster families in Daviess County. Now, founder Sarah Spaulding says the group is looking to make some changes, including the name. “When we were getting organized, we went to Evansville, and their foster organization was called Borrowed Hearts,” she said.

    Daviess County employees will apparently get a 3% pay raise next year. The Daviess County Council gave tentative approval to the increase following a recommendation from the county wage committee.
