BILLINGS — TGIF!We can expect more warm and dry conditions on Friday, with highs in the mid-70s to low-80s. Several areas, including Billings, could reach record daytime temperatures. Then come changes for the weekend. A cold front is forecast to move through by late Friday night, bringing a chance of rain showers during the evening. This will lead to wet and cool to chilly conditions on Saturday and Sunday. Rain will spread across the region on Saturday as an area of low pressure slides through.

BILLINGS — Thursday will be a beautiful day across the region with a healthy dose of sunshine and highs in the 60s and 70s as high pressure builds in from the west. Friday is shaping up to be the warmest day of the week as a warm front moves through, bringing highs in the 70s to around 80°. Billings, Sheridan, and Cody will have the best chance to see record daytime temperatures. Snow melt could cause rising streams near foothills.

BILLINGS — After a few lingering showers Wednesday morning, high pressure will bring dry weather Wednesday afternoon as breezy to windy conditions continue. West-northwest flow will kick up gusts between 45–55 mph across the western foothills, with the strongest along US-191 from Big Timber to Harlowton. Gusts between 30–40 mph will be possible elsewhere.

BILLINGS — A cold front sweeping through the region will bring mountain snow and lower elevation rain from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening as daytime highs cool to the 50s and 60s. It will be windy, with gusts between 40-50 mph, greatest across the western foothills. Most of the rest of the area could feel gusts between 20-40 mph. The Beartooths and Absarokas could pick up over 6" of snow by Tuesday night, especially on west-facing areas, while the Bighorns could receive up to 6".
