BILLINGS — Outside of a few isolated showers through Saturday evening, most of the area will be quiet through early Sunday afternoon. Overnight lows will be in mainly in the 40s. The warmer temperatures will continue on Sunday as the area remains under the influence of southwesterly flow. Expect highs in the 60s and 70s. A deep area of low pressure will move across Wyoming, bringing the possibility of heavy mountain snow and lower elevation rain beginning by the middle of Sunday afternoon.

BILLINGS — Some areas could be waking up to light rain and patchy fog on Friday morning. This will improve as the day progresses, but there is a slight chance of snow showers across higher terrain west and south of Billings during the afternoon and evening. Daytime highs will be near seasonal, mainly in the 50s. Expect mostly quiet conditions on Saturday, as southwesterly flow will warm temperatures into the 60s and 70s through Sunday.

BILLINGS — Easterly upslope flow will help increase chances of mountain snow and lower elevation rain on Thursday into early Friday. Areas along and south of US-212 will have the best chance of receiving 0.25-.050 inches of rainfall, but SE MT could get up to 1 inch. Other areas are generally looking at a tenth of an inch or less. The Beartooths and the Bighorns could receive between 3–7 inches of snow at or above 6,000 feet.

BILLINGS — We're behind a cold front, so it will be a bit cooler Wednesday and Thursday, with highs staying in the 40s and 50s before warming up as we head into into the weekend. Wednesday starts off with some mountain snow and lower elevation rain (some areas seeing a mix), but a chance for widespread precipitation returns Wednesday evening into Thursday as a shortwave slides across the area. Areas mainly south of US-212 could receive up to 0.25 inches (maybe more) of rainfall.

BILLINGS — A chance of lower elevation rain and mountain snow remains in the forecast on Tuesday with highs mainly in the 50s. A cold front will drop down from Canada Tuesday night into Wednesday, bringing more chances of precipitation along with cooler temperatures Wednesday through Thursday with highs in the 40s and 50s. Area mountains could pick up between 3-6 inches of snow while around a tenth of an inch of rain is possible for lower elevations during that two-day stretch.
