RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Russellville School District has selected a new superintendent. The Russellville School District Board of Education voted to hire Luke Lovins in the position during a board meeting Monday. Lovins will begin leading the district July 1. Lovins earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arkansas Tech University and has more than 18 years in education. He currently serves as superintendent of Bay School District.

Griffin has addressed several scams that have affected Arkansans, including utility imposter scams, toll road scams and callers posing as law enforcement.
