The New York Times today opened applications for its 2024–25 Times Fellowship, a yearlong work program aimed at cultivating the next generation of journalists for both The Times and the industry at large. Since 2020, more than a hundred fellows have graduated to journalism positions around the country and the world. Each fall, we recruit a class of reporters, editors and visual journalists from a diversity of backgrounds.
