    MANOR, Texas — A Central Texas school district is reducing its budget in the upcoming school year. This fall, Manor ISD is decreasing its overall spending by 20%, putting the 2025-26 budget at roughly $148 million. The decision was made Monday by the district's Board of Trustees.
