    SAN MARCOS, Texas — An evacuation notice has been given to residents of a San Marcos neighborhood in response to a gas leak. Residents in some portions of the Trace neighborhood are being asked to evacuate the neighborhood by foot. They are also being asked to avoid starting vehicles, using open flames, turning on or off electrical devices, or doing any activities that could cause a spark to ignite.
