DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- We'll start out with frost for early Thursday morning, but expect climbing temps with highs in the middle 60s. Clouds will be increasing during the day on Thursday as a warm front approaches the area. This will also bring the region a slight chance for a shower late Thursday evening and night. Showers will be out by early Friday, and warm and breezy conditions are expected by Friday afternoon! Highs will be close to 80 with winds gusting up to 40 mph during the day.

Tonight, lows will drop into the middle 30s again which could bring widespread frost to the region. A Frost Advisory is in effect from midnight until 9 am Thursday. Protect your plants overnight!Temperatures warm even more by Thursday with highs in the middle 60s with increasing clouds by the afternoon.

Expect cloudy and cool conditions today with highs in the upper 40s with a slight chance for a shower. It will be windy as well. Winds could gust into the 30-40 mph range making for a breezy and cool day overall. Wind chills will be in the lower 40s and upper 30s during the afternoon. Tonight, skies will clear with lows dropping into the middle 30s.
