CLINICAL NEUROLOGYIt goes without saying that the words ‘anorak’ and ‘neurologist’ should never appear in close proximity—but we do like our diseases to behave in an orderly and seemly fashion. Transgressing these rules is neither welcome nor helpful diagnostically (nor, sadly, rare).
