PatientsThis retrospective study included 389 NPC patients who received NACT between January 2017 and January 2023. The MRI used to construct the predictive models were all obtained prior to the performance of the NACT treatment. The patients were from three institutions: the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University (n = 311), Qingyang People’s Hospital (n = 36), and Xinzhou People’s Hospital (n = 42).
