For MHC-II neoantigen training data, peptide sequences and the corresponding immune response information were collected from the IEDB database under the T-Cell Assay category [29] in May 2021. After collecting 399,318 peptide records in the primary dataset, we performed filtering by targeting Homo Sapiens species and MHC-II subtypes, and restrained the peptide length from 11 to 30, followed by identical records (i.e., same peptide sequence and HLA subtype) merging.

Here, we combined two independent structural MRI datasets of MDD patients receiving ECT and transcriptomic gene expression data from Allen Human Brain Atlas to reveal the molecular basis of ECT for MDD.

We extracted data from studies published on https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ that included 16S rRNA sequencing data from patients with information on irAEs results and the gut microbiome at the treatment baseline. The data specifically encompassed pre-treatment or initial on-treatment samples as identified in the original papers, representing the gut microbiome at the treatment baseline. All sample identifiers and available metadata are provided in the Additional file 1: Table S1.

Descriptions of the clinical data of the development and validation cohorts are provided in Table 1. The development cohort was composed of 455 patients with SCAP, of which 295 (64.84%) were male, and 160 (35.16%) were female, with an average age of (61.93 ± 17.77) years. They were divided into 358 patients in the survival group and 97 patients in the death group according to their prognosis, with a mortality rate of 21.32%.

This study showed that the root-mean-square error, as well as the mean absolute percentage error of DNN model were significantly lower compared to Hadlock’s formula. After considering previously unreported factors, such as birth weight of previous babies, new concise and effective DNN model was proposed, with accuracy rate increased from 76.08% to 83.87% and root-mean-square error of only 3.44 g.
