The data collection was conducted in Shanghai from August through November 2022. A multi-stage probability sampling approach was applied to collect the data for this study. In the first stage, we used a stratified random sampling protocol to divide the region into central urban areas; sub-central areas; and other areas. Two administrative districts were selected from each of the three types of areas.

This study aimed to describe the ultrasound characteristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) harboring RET gene fusion and explore its clinical significance. A retrospective study was conducted on 209 patients with PTC diagnosed between Aug 2021 and Jan 2024. All patients underwent ultrasound examination and were confirmed to be positive for RET fusion or BRAFV600E by pathological results.

For MHC-II neoantigen training data, peptide sequences and the corresponding immune response information were collected from the IEDB database under the T-Cell Assay category [29] in May 2021. After collecting 399,318 peptide records in the primary dataset, we performed filtering by targeting Homo Sapiens species and MHC-II subtypes, and restrained the peptide length from 11 to 30, followed by identical records (i.e., same peptide sequence and HLA subtype) merging.
