    Circular No.23/2023/TT-BKHCN was issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and has been effective from November 30, 2023.     After a long period of waiting, Decree 65/2023/ND-CP (hereinafter referred to as Decree 65) was issued on August 23, 2023. This is a detailed document specifying certain provisions and measures for the implementation of the Intellectual Property Law (amended in 2022), replacing the old regulations guiding the enforcement of industrial property rights that have existed since the first Intellectual Property Law was enacted in 2005.
