LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Well known for a dance in the end zone (that he taught me), one of the great running backs of the late 1980s is giving back in a personal way. Former Cincinnati Bengal and UNLV Rebel Ickey Woods held his 4th annual "Fairways Fore Airways" celebrity golf tournament at Lake Las Vegas on Monday. It attracted former pro athletes from the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Held at SouthShore Country Club, the event raised money for asthma research and local youth sports.

"We know we can beat any team on any given night." Golden Knights add momentum to their playoff push with a 2-1 win over the Kraken that puts the team a win away from clinching the Pacific 1-seed. VGK are 15-5-3 since the 4Nations break with 3 games until playoffs. #VegasBorn https://t.co/z73lkQNy1c

Knights sink the Kraken 2-1 ⚔️ With an empty net, Seattle nearly scored inside the crease in the waning seconds but Vegas keeps it out of the net. VGK move to 105 points, one behind Dallas for 2nd in the West. Kings beat the Ducks so clinching the division will need to wait https://t.co/WVkXOHAAJq

Back-to-back games with a goal on a Reilly Smith-William Karlsson connection 🔥 An all-Misfit score with Brayden McNabb also on the assist puts VGK on top of Seattle 2-0 in the 2nd. #VegasBorn https://t.co/le1XTnyEHa
