Louis Walsh was supported by members of Westlife at the funeral of his beloved mother on Thursday. The music manager’s mum Maureen died at the age of 94 on Monday, June 2nd. The mother-of-nine, who had Alzheimer’s disease for over a decade, passed away at St Attracta’s Nursing Home in Charlestown, Co. Mayo. Maureen’s funeral took place at the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh at 12noon today, followed by her burial in Kilkinure Cemetery.
