All data described in the current resource manuscript are freely available upon completion of a DIAN-OBS Data Request Form. This request procedure allows DIAN to implement a transparent and inclusive data-sharing practice while maximizing confidentiality and security of our participants’ protected personal information. Every submission is reviewed by the DIAN principal investigator as well as relevant DIAN core leaders (that is, the Imaging Core leader).

My story starts with my dad. Ever since he was 18 years old, he’s had a dream of going to Alaska. He wanted to homestead around the Kenai Peninsula but ended up getting married and starting a family. Many times over the years, he and my mom would talk about visiting but just never had the time or finances to make that a reality. So this year for Father’s Day, at the age of 83, I decided it was time for his dream of going to Alaska to come true. This was a special trip in many ways.
