    MORE than 1,000 young Valenzuelanos are unleashing their creativity through this year’s summer arts workshop. Titled Arts In The City: Valenzuela Arts Workshop, the program is being held at the Valenzuela City Academic Center for Excellence (ValACE). A total of 1,070 kids have enrolled in the free workshop, which runs from April 21 to June 1, 2025.
