The airline saw 40 pilots resign without notice period last year and since then, 60 pilots have left the company alleging harassment. They have sought the intervention of the Civil Aviation Ministry alleging favouritism, harassment, and training malpractices. Pilots at a certain interval have to undergo simulator training.
