While what you see in the Historic Uptown Neighborhood are homes of all architectural styles, homeowner Monica Hobbs said these homes are rich in history. Utter said the sanctuary, which is home to both cats being made ready for adoption and cats that are better off in an outdoor environment, has grown quite a bit in recent years.

Jared Polis (D) joined Swisspod to announce the international transportation tech company would be opening a research and development facility in Colorado Springs. “If it succeeds in building out, (it) will enable to people to get to Denver from Colorado Springs in 15 minutes," said Gov. Polis. “It’s a contactless propulsion system.

COLORADO SPRINGS — Tasked with a choice of repealing the Karman Line annexation or approving it again, Colorado Springs City Council chose the latter option, meaning a Special Election on the project will happen June 17. "One of the things that we've identified for that the city needs is opportunity to build more homes," said Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade. Posting to X Monday, Mayor Mobolade added himself to the discussion, voicing support for the annexation.
