London Homelessness Hits Record High

With winter not fat away, many homeless people will be trying to stay warm. One charity called Glass Door is holding its annual Sleep Out on the 4th of October and is aiming to raise over £120,000 to help fund its winter night sheltersand help homeless people get off the streets. The latest annual data from the Combined Homelessness And Information Network shows that rough sleeping in London is at the highest level ever and has risen by 19%.
