The Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed a bill on Wednesday that would dramatically change how cyber charter schools are funded. Right now, there is no cap on what Pennsylvania’s 14 cyber charter schools are paid. Instead, the amount depends on which school district a student lives in, with the highest rate being just under $29,000.
