OSHKOSH – Eight men were arrested on suspicion of pandering after a Vice and Narcotics Unit undercover human trafficking investigation in Oshkosh Thursday. Oshkosh Police Department said in a news release the men ranged in age from 20 to 48 years old and were from Oshkosh, Appleton, Clintonville, Wautoma, Oakfield and Florida.

OSHKOSH – Police are investigating after a dead dog was found in a dumpster in the 2100 block of Wisconsin Street Wednesday. According to a news release from Oshkosh Police Department, officers were dispatched to a multi-tenant property at that location shortly before 1 p.m. April 16. The release said a resident had called police to report a deceased dog was found inside a dumpster. The dog was described as a medium-sized female, black in color, approximately 3 to 4 years old.
