On Tuesday night, Matthew Sluka announced his intentions to leave the program after he alleged that “representations” made by the team would not be upheld. FOX5′s Paloma Villicana spoke with Sluka’s agent, who said that the starter was verbally promised $100,000 from an assistant coach to transfer.

The inaugural camp will be held at Cheyenne Sports Complex on Friday, July 26th from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. There will be free food for kids who sign up for the event. The Rebels are coming off their first 9-win season since 1984 and played in their first bowl game since 2013.
