    GRAPEVINE, Texas — Ava Moore, the 18-year-old who was killed after being hit by a jet ski while kayaking on Grapevine Lake over Memorial Day weekend, will be laid to rest on Saturday. Texas Game Wardens and Grapevine police arrested Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez and charged her with a second-degree felony manslaughter charge. The suspect's bond was set at $500,000, court records showed. Moore's funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at The Met Church in Fort Worth.

    DALLAS — In honor of Pride Month, the City of Dallas and its partners hosted a pride flag raising ceremony and resource fair at Dallas City Hall Plaza on Friday.     DALLAS — Dallas Stars forward Roope Hintz confirmed he fractured his foot after being slashed by Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse, according to Stars beat writer Robert Tiffin. Hintz went down in Game 2 of the Western Conference Final and couldn't put any weight on it. Hintz was out for Game 3, but played in Game 4 and Game 5. Nurse was given a two-minute minor for the slash, sparking controversy that it should have been a five-minute major.
