    The young woman killed in a Co. Waterford road accident has been named as Katie Houlihan. The 21-year-old sadly lost her life in a single-vehicle road traffic collision on February 19th. The incident happened on the R685 at Quillia in Tramore, County Waterford. Katie was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. A post-mortem examination will take place at University Hospital Waterford. Tributes have been pouring in since the harrowing accident. Katie is survived by her parents Liz and Richie.
