I recently got some good news from David A Ciastko, the owner of Tea Kettle in Old Saybrook. He’s planning another new food adventure for us, this one called Chubby’s, and it’s all about the barbecue. The menu includes sausage biscuit sliders, wings, fried pickle coins with Alabama barbecue sauce, pork tater tots nachos, and a beef brisket quesadilla that has mac ‘n cheese tucked inside. There will also be a mac ‘n cheese bar, handhelds, meal kits, and more.
