WAMC is a public radio network based in Albany, New York. It operates 12 broadcast radio stations and 16 relay stations that help transmit its programming. Among these is WAMC (AM) 1400, an AM station located in Albany. The official name of the organization is simply "WAMC," but it is also referred to as "WAMC Public Radio" or "WAMC/Northeast Public Radio Network."
