AbstractRelapse is one of the major challenges in clinical treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Though minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring plays a crucial role in quantitative assessment of the disease, molecular MRD analysis has been mainly limited to patients diagnosed with gene fusions and NPM1 mutations. Here, we report a longitudinal ultra-sensitive mutation burden (UMB) monitoring strategy for accurate MRD analysis in AML patients regardless of genetic abnormality types.

1. IntroductionIn recent years, the proportion of renewable energy in the power grid has rapidly increased. However, as a significant source of renewable energy, solar power could not be connected to the AC grid directly. As a result, the DC microgrid was proposed and has developed greatly [1]. The DC microgrid could not only realize local consumption but also relatively reduce the times of electric energy conversion, which significantly improved efficiency [2].

Abstract:In this study, three key factors affecting the planning of metro commercial passageways are selected: the built environment of metro station, travel purposes of passenger flow and gate position of the station hall. The Pearson model, Logistic model and software simulation are combined to analyze passage passenger flow. In the study of metro passageways, most studies focus on the optimization of evacuation and transfer functions, with little research on metro commercial passageways.
