1. IntroductionAs agriculture becomes increasingly industrialized, the usage of pesticides has steadily increased to protect crops from pests and diseases [1]. Organophosphorus pesticides (OPs), one of the most widely used pesticides in agriculture, have a higher acute toxicity than organochlorines but, fortunately, a shorter half-life [2,3]. However, the improper use of OPs has led to significant environmental residues, posing serious threats to ecosystems and human health [4].
