1 Introduction Ultrahigh water-cut oil reservoirs present significant challenges, including high water cut levels exceeding 95%, severe inefficient water cycling due to dominant flow paths, variations in reservoir properties such as porosity and permeability, and dispersed distribution of remaining oil [1-3]. These factors complicate reservoir management and recovery.

AbstractBarrier detectors such as nBn and pBp architectures (formed by a n- or p-type contact layer, a barrier layer and a n- or p-type absorber) aim to block one carrier type while allowing the other to pass, but require complex hetero-integration and precise band engineering. Here, we propose an ultra-thin polar barrier strategy using a 0.75 nm water-intercalated WSe2/H2O/PdSe2 heterostructure.

3. Simulation of 5G Signal Injection 3.1. Modeling the RF Front-End Circuit of the RA ReceiverBased on the RF front-end architecture of the RA receiver, a behavioral-level simulation circuit model was developed using ADS 2022, as depicted in Figure 3. The model incorporates several key components designed to simulate the behavior of the RA receiver under 5G signal interference. The Vf_Triangle component generates a 100 kHz triangular wave signal, which is fed into a VCO component.
