1 Introduction Ultrahigh water-cut oil reservoirs present significant challenges, including high water cut levels exceeding 95%, severe inefficient water cycling due to dominant flow paths, variations in reservoir properties such as porosity and permeability, and dispersed distribution of remaining oil [1-3]. These factors complicate reservoir management and recovery.
