    Let me tell you, Lisbon isn't your average city. It's like a maze of winding streets that climb straight up mountains (okay, maybe big hills), and around every corner there's a surprise - a hidden cafe with the most amazing coffee, a tiny shop overflowing with colorful tiles, or an old lady watering her plants and yelling something sweet (probably) in Portuguese. But to truly get the Lisbon feels, you gotta hop on Tram 28.

    Diagnostic accuracy (primary outcome)The prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 positive RT-PCR tests among participants included in the primary analysis was 39.2% (260/663, 95% CI 35.5% to 43.0%). The SD Biosensor POCT had a sensitivity of 84.0% (178/212, 95% CI 78.3% to 88.6%) and specificity of 98.5% (328/333, 96.5% to 99.5%), and the BD Veritor POCT had a sensitivity of 76.5% (127/166, 69.3% to 82.7%) and specificity of 98.8% (249/252, 96.6% to 99.8%) (Table 2 and S1 Table 1 in S1 File).

Being a burden is not a mark of identity we relish. It is, in fact, a mark of identity we seek to avoid, even deny. Such denial robs us of a goodly portion of our life. For this reason alone, it is important to note one’s attitude toward the time of decline. This is a time in which I find myself.

    Review by John OrensIn his first Tract on Christian Socialism, published in 1849, F.D. Maurice imagined a “person of respectability” asking, “Do you seriously believe that a Socialist can be a Christian, or a Christian a Socialist?” To which Maurice replied that not only is Christianity “the only foundation of socialism,” but “a true socialism is the necessary result of a sound Christianity.” Of course, few of Maurice’s contemporaries agreed.
