(Cleveland)- The White County JROTC Drone Team earned a first-place finish this past weekend at the Flying Wildcats Aerial Drone Competition. The event saw teams representing schools from around the southeast region competing and was held at River Bluff High School in Lexington, South Carolina. According to a school social media post, The White County drone team achieved a number 1 ranking on the World Skills Standings for all season 24-25 competition drone teams.
