Cow milk protein allergy (CMPA) is the most common food allergy in infants. Currently, hypoallergenic infant formulas on the market are mainly divided into extensively hydrolyzed whey protein formulas and extensively hydrolyzed casein formulas. There are few extensively hydrolyzed infant formulas (EHFs) with a similar protein composition to breast milk.
