1. IntroductionChronic hepatitis B (CHB) is a chronic inflammation of the liver induced by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Over 250 million people globally are living with CHB, which is responsible for 83% of deaths from viral hepatitis [1,2]. The vast majority of patients require lifelong therapy. Despite the availability of effective HBV vaccines for several decades, CHB continues to be a significant public health burden worldwide.

In this study, clinical data were sourced from OC datasets within TCGA. Gene expression profiles for healthy individuals were obtained from GTEx Portal, a comprehensive public repository of normal tissue and cell-specific gene expression information. The count data contain 60,499 identifiers and 19,109 samples, including 88 normal ovarian samples from GTEx and 427 OC samples from TCGA.
