    INDIANAPOLIS — Through soccer and conversations, kids across Indianapolis learned about leadership, connection and all about what the Marion County Prosecutor's office does. The MCPO's third annual soccer clinic was held on Indy's northwest side on Thursday.     HAUGHVILLE — Organizations on the near west side are teaming up to bring back community basketball tournaments. It's an effort to get to know neighbors and create a positive activity for kids.     HAUGHVILLE — Haughville residents tell WRTV they're tired of seeing graffiti in their neighborhood. Some residents have been re-tagged. They're also pushing for public safety cameras to be installed in their neighborhood in hopes of putting an end to the vandalism. "It's like an epidemic. It's everywhere," said resident Michael Hamilton. Michael Hamilton said the streets of Haughville are covered with graffiti.
