MethodsThe study protocol was specified a priori and registered with ClinicalTrials.gov (Study identifier: NCT05206734). Post hoc protocol changes are described in online supplemental appendix 1. This study used routinely collected primary care data. There was no patient or public involvement in the development of the study design.
