The treatment paradigm for classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) has relied heavily on conventional chemotherapy and radiation therapy (RT) for the last few decades, which have yielded excellent disease control in most patients. However, 10% to 30% of individuals do not respond adequately to initial therapy or experience disease relapse, necessitating the implementation of alternative treatment approaches.
