A total of 323 individuals responded to the survey. After applying inclusion criteria, 297 participants were eligible for the study. Of these, 156 are currently residing abroad, with 149 pursuing or having completed their fellowships in the same country. The remaining 141 have completed their fellowships and returned to their country of origin, Israel (Fig. 1). Tobacco package inserts [TPIs] are a novel channel to transmit smoking cessation messages. Research has shown associations between inserts, intentions to quit and increased self-efficacy. In Israel, TPIs have been legislated, but not yet implemented. This study aimed to learn what kind of messages would appeal to people who smoke, for the purpose of developing effective TPIs. Semi-structured interviews with 25 people who smoke or formerly smoked, aged 18-67.

AbstractMost western countries provide funded legal representation (LR) for involuntarily admitted psychiatric patients appearing before judicial committees. In 2004, an amendment to the Israeli Mental Health Act granted this right to involuntarily committed psychiatric patients. Psychiatrists then voiced concerns that LR may increase rates of premature discharge and compromise patients’ safety and well-being. These worries have not been sufficiently addressed to date.

Among these, natural language processing (NLP) and especially large language models (LLMs) have emerged as transformative technologies [2, 3]. NLP and LLMs introduce methods for analysing unstructured clinical texts [2, 3]. These technologies can extract information from electronic health records (EHRs), improving patient care, research and administrative work [4–6].

Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy was 0.89 which was above the recommended value of 0.6, and Bartlett’s test of sphericity was statistically significant (χ2 (105) = 4564.06, p < 0.001). A principle-components factor analysis of the 19 items using varimax rotations was then conducted.
