    It’s been more than two weeks since the tragic shooting at the Harvest Homecoming festival in downtown New Albany, and still, no charges have been filed in the death of 18-year-old Bryce Gerlach. Gerlach, a student at Corydon Central High School, was an innocent bystander when shots rang out during the popular annual event, which draws thousands of visitors to the area. Police say the shooting occurred after two rival groups began firing at each other, and Gerlach was hit by a stray bullet.
