HOUSTON — The Houston Texans backfield is expected to get a boost with the signing of veteran running back Nick Chubb, according to multiple reports. Both Ian Rapoport of NFL Network and ESPN cited sources saying Chubb will sign with Houston if he passes his physical. ESPN is reporting it would be a one-year deal. Chubb, a four-time Pro Bowler, would team up with Joe Mixon to give Houston a powerful 1-2 punch at running back.
