Remember the cuddly koala that used to say “I hate Qantas” in the TV ads. Today we found out why. @Qantas bumped us from seats we had booked in September and sent us to the tail of the plane. @Qantas reps told us three different lies before we discovered the real reason: money.

Learned something new today. We have had assigned seats on a @Qantas flight since September. Every prompt from @Qantas has reflected the seats they chose. On day of flight, we were bumped 19 rows back and told that more money was required to secure seats. Ridiculous.
